I believe LOVE is the ultimate healer. Every form of healing begins with LOVE, and LOVE often provides stand‑ins along our path — doctors, therapists, coaches, strangers in a store, a song on the radio, artists, chiropractors, a pet, or even the quiet presence of nature. I believe in staying open to all possibilities and never putting miracles, power, or the I AM in a box.

Before modern Western medicine, there was Eastern medicine — and people were healed this way. Eastern traditions understood sickness and disease as imbalances in the body and energy field, and healing as the restoration of that vibrational field through movement, music, nutrition, lifestyle, herbal remedies, and intentional practice. Our bodies were designed to heal themselves, and the subconscious mind knows exactly what the body needs to operate the way it was created to operate.

I believe everything is energy — not in a strange way, but in a scientific way. Energy can become stuck or distorted through stress, shame, fear, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. These distortions can contribute to physical symptoms, emotional heaviness, and patterns that feel difficult to break. Energy healing restores balance to the mind, body, and spirit by releasing emotional baggage that has been left unprocessed for years or even decades.

This is not therapy. My work is gentle, intuitive, and belief‑based. I work with your subconscious to identify and release trapped emotions, stuck energies, and limiting frequencies so you can move past the heaviness and experience more freedom and ease. We do not have to talk about your past unless you want to. We simply find what is ready to be released. There is a natural processing period after each session, and energy healing does not replace your responsibility to care for your mind, body, and spirit.

I believe healing happens at the root — in the beliefs, emotions, and patterns that quietly shape our lives. When we bring awareness to these deeper layers, change becomes natural and lasting. I believe every emotion carries wisdom. I believe the body remembers what the mind forgets. I believe transformation is possible for anyone willing to explore their inner landscape. Healing is not about perfection — it is about returning to yourself.

I believe in this work, and I know that it helps. I love working with people and animals. I love being a voice for children and animals who cannot fully communicate what is happening inside of them.

My own experience with The Emotion Code has been layered and meaningful. Not always immediate, but undeniably transformative. I can look back and say, “Before, that would have sent me into a tailspin.” Now, I move through life with more ease. Healing happens in layers, and the subconscious mind knows the order. What was released last week could not have been released three months ago. This is not a one‑and‑done process. It took years to trap these emotions, and it takes time to release them. Some clients feel immediate shifts; others notice changes gradually. We all heal differently.

  • I believe the sun and the earth heal.

  • I believe all life is precious.

  • I believe in kindness and community.

  • I believe we are spiritual beings made of the same essence, no different from one another.

  • I believe all beings are meant to be whole, healed, and happy.

  • I believe life can be difficult, and it can be beautiful.

  • I believe we have the ability to overcome adversity.

  • I believe that if you believe it, it becomes true for you.

  • I believe most sickness and disease stem from unprocessed emotions and trauma.

  • I believe physical symptoms are the body’s way of telling us we are not listening to our intuition — and when we ignore it, the body speaks louder.

  • I believe our words carry the power of life or death, blessing or curse

  • . I believe in prayer, meditation, and the power of listening.

Healing is a process. It does not always happen overnight — though sometimes it can. Be kind to yourself. Give yourself grace. It is never too late to begin your healing journey.
